Everybody loses a few contest Qs due to operator failure on the other end, or, horrors!, failure on the home front. It sucks but it happens. 

I see that nearly all the CQ WW CW 2014 SO disqualifications are for evidence of being "assisted." What is so complicated about turning off the browser, unplugging the internet connection? Nothing. Good for the contest committee. Good work.
