[CQ-Contest] TO7A being "framed" or "set up" ?

My first thought was - 'but if I were doing this, I'm not running.' Then 
it hit me - I wouldn't have to do it, just get a buddy to feed calls to 
the station I'd like to see get DQ'd.  73
