[CQ-Contest] DX Contest scoring schemes

N2IC won CQWW SSB from NM.  

If we are done with those great efforts that were fliers to the normal data, I think we can discuss more meaningful comparisons.

K1ZZ won SO Unlimited. It is much easier to win SS from other places than it is CQ WW.  Let try to compare apples to apples.
