[CQ-Contest] Why SuperCheckPartial makes you assisted

While every one has their standards for their operations, "assisted" has
been defined by contest sponsors as a source of CALLSIGN and FREQUENCY
info during the contest.
Personally a list of callsigns that my logger compares to is just that,
a WAG.
Do what makes y'all comfortable.
