[CQ-Contest] Cabrillo problem

At 14 hours after the contest, 3110 entries have managed to submit a log
successfully.  Send an email to questions at cqww.com with some details about
the error (or include your log) and someone will help you get it submitted.
It is usually a matter of reading the error messages and fixing what they
suggest.
