[CQ-Contest] Clublog gives new entity names to my log entries??

My first contest log to Clublog got an answer saying some of my submitted
call signs actually indicated a different entity name than my own log
program showed.

Is my log program defective or what is going on?
examples....
JD1 renamed
UI2K moved to Kaliningrad
MA5 and GA moved from England to Scotland.
