[CQ-Contest] Counting uniques

Randy,

What amazes me is that this same discussion was held almost
20 years ago - almost word for word.  It was a big deal when K1EA
started CT and the unique discussion dominated every DX/Contesting
discussion for at least a year.

Apparently, that is still the case.
