P5CW RadioSPORT Demonstration in the CQ WW DX (CW) ???

Multitudes once said 'man would never fly' and definitely 'never walk on the
moon'.

My PETITION FOR DPRK AUTHORITES has already been {Electronically} signed by
many well-known DX'ers and Contesters. Since this involves 'RadioSPORT', I
need more to join us from the Contesting Community. My P5 Envoy advocating
for me in the DPRK believes the Petition is a good idea and might help in
the quest.

Consider this a 'walking the extra mile' (and American Football 'Hail Mary')
effort in a 9 year long endeavor.

You can skip over the historical and other rhetoric on the following
webpage, and cut-to-the-chase by jumping to directly to the bottom where a
Green 'ADD YOUR REQUEST TO THE OFFICIAL PETITION' button resides.

For those who might be interested in more details, just above the button and
Petition format sample are two text links for .pdf file copies of:

THE PROPOSAL

THE SUPPLEMENT

The latter above contains 'DOOR #4' - the CQ WW DX (CW) event, and final
opportunity of 4 options presented for the DPRK as members of the ITU to
also capitalize on some positive Global Public Relations. Hosting the
proposed 'RadioSPORT Demonstration' celebrating the 150th ITU Anniversary of
'Morse-Code' (CW) adopted as the original Global communications technology,
and facilitating 'direct (over the airwaves) connections' to the DPRK for
thousands of interest Global citizens (DX'ers and Contesters) is the pitch.

Wild and crazy? You betcha! But 'WHAT IF' it ends up helping turn the tide
of things for Ham Radio, "CW" and 'RadioSPORT' in P5? 'Nothing ventured,
nothing gained'. If the proposed P5CW RadioSPORT Demonstration does take
place, there will be some very 'Special Recognition' for all those who have
tendered their support via the Petition.

Tnx very much & 73,
