[CQ-Contest] Stub Filter Project Implementation Report uploaded to my website

With all of the discussion we've had about Stub Filters, I decided to finish
my report on
my experience implementing a stub filter system for my SO2R station.

My report includes project implementation, schematics of each band's stub
network design, photos of my system installed in my shack,
graphical plots of: Insertion Loss, VSWR, band reject attenuation (dB), all
vs. Frequency (MHz).  
There are 39 such graphs in my report.
