Contests have rules so that subjectivity is removed as much as possible. Even N4TZ being the contest director, his personal likes and likes are irrelevant. The WPX contest rule is very clear in its objective of what behavior is considered inappropriate. If Terry doesn't like the rule he can certainly consider changing the rule, but as of today what you describe is not violating the rules.

Branco,
The answer is right in the contest rules. Assistance is defined as follows:

QSO finding assistance: The use of any technology or other source that provides call sign or multiplier identification of a signal to the operator. This includes, but is not limited to, use of a CW decoder, DX cluster, DX spotting web sites (e.g., DX Summit), local or remote call sign and frequency decoding technology (e.g., CW Skimmer or Reverse Beacon Network), or operating arrangements involving other individuals.
cqcontest.net does not provide "call sign or multiplier identification of a signal" and therefore you can use it.

Hello to everyone,

i would like to hear opinion of community

Does use (wathching or watching and posting) of www.cqcontest .net web site
made single operator as assisted or not?

Since I have be warned in last WPX that monitoring competitors and their
band changes (without knowing  their freq and spotter)

could be  assisted, because it can give me idea which bands are open,  I
wonder my self is it same with this WEB Site providing same info,

watching to it, its possible to find out on which band are people generating
QSOs!

How?
