[CQ-Contest] NIL increases

Interestingly Barry, 
 - I do ID after every QSO - and late in the 2013 CQWW had a string of around 20 duplicates in succession after VK3KW was spotted rather than VK4KW
I never did check whether those duping claimed unassisted....
