[CQ-Contest] Correction to CQ WW 2015 Classic Overlay Scores

There was a scoring error in the Classic Overlay scores for all three modes
of CQ WW 2015.  The error ONLY affected Classic entrants that operated
beyond the 24 hour time limit for the category.

There was very little impact on RTTY.  A few top score changes on SSB.  A
pretty dramatic reordering of the top CW scores.

If you have already downloaded a certificate for the Classic overlay, you
may want to check it and download a new one.
