Hi,
some op time statistics for WAG 2015. Average in this 24 hour contest
was 8,1 h for German stations and six hours for non-German stations. Six
percent of German stations were qrv longer than 20 hours and 22 percent
for more than 12 hour halftime.
4,3 percent of foreigners operated longer than 20 hours and 16 percent
more than halftime (average over all regions with their different time
slots condxwise to DL).
Categorywise it were mostly the German CW ops and the foreign highpower
ops staying on the air longer than the average op time.
Across all participants 54 percent worked less than six hours.

Find more figures on our website
http://www.darc.de/der-club/referate/dx/contest/wag/en/ which also
contains a file allowing many more time stats, comparisons and even
correlations of any kind like 80m mults vs op time or op time vs error
rate - if you want to know ;-)

Questions and comments welcome, also on our still young Facebook page
