[CQ-Contest] Should I sign portable zero in WAE next weekend?

This has been the majority opinion.  Just my call, no /0 (or should I 
sign W2UP/0/QRP??)

Did a little listening on 20m this morning.  A few weak EUs, but doesn't 
look good...
