[CQ-Contest] How to make WRTC more like the Olympics?

Bit off the topic, 

 

With the present qualifing rules I would propose:

As WRTC is a Team competition it would be great to have team aplications
before qualifing starts.

So we could already have a list of teams trying to qualify.

Than instead of a team leader doing 12 contests to qualify(and than
simply selecting team mate),

each team member  would have to do 6.

Only one team member could operate in the same contest for qualifing
purposes.
