[CQ-Contest] Control Ameritron RCS-4 Coax Switch with my PC

Phase 1 is easier to do on one of the many available microcontroller boards rather than on a PC. Something like an Arduino, Teensy, ...Phase 2 is hard. You can look at some SDR programs to see how they detect signals.
