[CQ-Contest] Open Letter to VE Contesters

Why would you not take advantage of a quieter frequency to run Europe and
also avoid having zero point US stations (in the ARRL DX Contest) call you?
I have spent many many hours outside the US ham phone bands when I want to
run EU from Aruba in CQ contests.  There is much less QRM.

BTW, for the record, I seldom operate in areas where USA stns "can't
go"...only when I have no other place to go.
