[CQ-Contest] naqp

So I get on 20 cw with a KW , just to make some dx qsos.
A contest participant calls me , do I log him or not ... ,
or do I have to ask him if he is in the contest and refuse if
he says " yes " ?

After all the band is shared between contesters, ragchewers,
casual DX'ers etc etc , is it not ?

Do I need to call " CQ no contest " , just so I am legal or
the callers are ?

Must I change my casual ( non-contest) operating , because the  NAQP is on ?
