There was a thread about the Nov/Dec issue of the National Contest Journal in late December.

I checked with ARRL/Newington and they have about 100 extra copies of the Nov/Dec issue available.

The first 100 cq-contest subscribers in the USA can get a free sample copy of that issue by sending an email message to:
