-1 point per contact for everybody whatever the country, the continent 
or the zone. (no more indecent continental border advantage as EA8, CN 
or even some extreme East Coast)

-The US states, the Canadian provinces and the Japanese call area become 
multipliers (then the multiplier potential in NA should be about the 
same as in EU)

Globally with that rules the East coast beams should turn 180 degrees 
more often and perhaps that should give more motivation to have some 
more traffic in NA during the second half of the night.
