[CQ-Contest] Room Reservations for Dayton 2017 at the Crowne Plaza hotel in downtown Dayton

*** Contest University USA 2017 *** will be held in Dayton - all day - at
the Crowne Plaza on Thursday May 18, 2017. 

If you stayed at the Crowne Plaza this past May (Dayton 2016) and you filled
out a 2017 Crowne Plaza hotel reservation form (left under your door on
check-out day) and dropped it off at the Crowne Plaza registration desk,
then you should be getting an email confirmation (with a confirmation
number) from the Crowne Plaza for your 2017 Dayton reservation sometime
before July 27. You do not need to call or reconfirm with the hotel on
Monday August 3, 2016 if you already have a email confirmed reservation for
2017 Dayton from the under the door reservation form.

If you would like to make a reservation for Dayton 2017 - the remaining
Crowne Plaza rooms will be available for reservations starting Wednesday,
August 3, at 9:00 AM EDT (eastern USA time). The base room rate for the
Contest room Group Code CON is $168.74 per night (double or king) includes
all taxes.

Thursday May 18, 2017 CTU 
Friday May 19, 2017 Hamvention, Top Band Dinner PLUS Spurious Emissions Band

This special Group Code will not work if you try to use it before 9:00 AM
EDT on August 3, 2016. Your reservation can only be made starting after 9:00
