Hi Jeff, 
W3KM has a very good log checking programme - It handles heaps of contests and easy to tailor more into it.

I have used it for the VK Shires, a local contest for around 6 years. Not tried it on Windows 10 and that will happen in the next week
Will report back if there are any issues.
