[CQ-Contest] Dayton Hamvention

For an events arena that is heavily in arrears on taxes, one would think 
that the owner would be very much interested in seeking out new clients 
and retaining existing clients - utilizing most any means necessary.

That Hara was unable to come to terms with a main tenant which brings in 
badly needed revenue is not a good sign.
