Ron - Reading the article, albeit from the side of the hockey coach, it
states the following:

"Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control Hara Arena is unable
to sign leases not only to myself, but to other tenants."

and then Hara states "2 NEWS reached out to Hara Arena for comment. We were
told the facility will make an announcement in August".

So yes, it's one side of the story because Hara won't yet respond but it
accurate, it's NOT just the Hockey team and Hara is going to announce
something in the next 5-35 days.
