[CQ-Contest] SA Sprint

Hello everyone,

We would like to invite you all to the SA Sprint to be held on July 23rd,
2016 from 2100 to 2300 Z.
It is a short two-hour contest, but hopefully it'll provide lots of fun.
Several developers provided support in their contest logging programs
already.
This is a joint effort by the ADXG, CWJF, Rio DX Group, LU5FB, LU4HH and
the LUCG.

Rules are pretty simple:
1 (one) point per QSO
Mults are SA prefixes
QSO/QSY
Low Power only (100 Watts out max)
No Single Op Assisted categories.
