My educated guess is QTH Philadelphia, and the antennas are
on top of the University of Pennsylvania's Moore School of Engineering
building. Cushcraft 40-2CD, 10 or 6 meter Yagi, and 2 meter Yagi.

My backup guess is QTH Cleveland, and the antennas are on top of
The Case Western University engineering building. Again, Cushcraft
40-2CD, 10 or 6 meter Yagi and 2 meter Yagi.

Wait for the ads to pass (you can skip the ad after 15 seconds)
Do not blink at ~second 27.5, or....
Keep your eyes open starting at 31 seconds in.

Who can identify
1.  Where this really is (QTH)
2.  What are those (make / model / some sort of description) ?

Good luck!
