[CQ-Contest] Multi Op Single transmitter

All is fair as long as the rules are followed.  Organizers have put in 
band change limits per hour or 10 minute timers etc to cut back on the 
effectiveness of essentially being M/M but classifying down.

The Classic MS was once a run rig and a mult rig.  Not anymore.
