I am most disappointed to learn here of this Saga. Most certainly anyone who knows Bob, either inside or outside this hobby. know him to be a person of the highest integrity and it is unthinkable that such a charge can be brought, judged and decided against him by a Contest Director whom, having instigated the issue. cannot be bothered, or concerned enough after maligning the reputation of a respected ham. to investigate further when his evidence has been challenged, but the unthinkable has happened.

Further, it does not sit well that the Judges mouthpiece of the accusers is a fellow competitor in the same event who operates from the same dx entity and operating in a similar category. Common sense would have it that Harry should have stood aside, but common sense is clearly lacking in the RDXC Contest hierarchy.
This whole affair stinks - what chances of RDXC re-considering this whole issue and affording Bob the apology he fully deserves?

I did not beat P33W.  I entered SOAB Mixed LP whereas P33W entered
SOAB Mixed HP. RA3AUU told me he is responsible for deciding this
matter jointly with other directors.  All communication with me on
behalf of the RDXC adjudication team has been via RA3AUU.  He
described his role as one of the contest directors.  He did not make
clear how many directors there are.

He is the owner of P33W the station with whom my signals were compared
in the graphs he supplied.

Having summarily dismissed the findings of my time coincident analysis
he told me signal comparisons had been made with other stations and
these convinced the adjudicators I had run high power for "10 minutes
here and there on 80/40m."  I invited him to share the specific data
but he declined.
