[CQ-Contest] QTC group number problem in N1MM+?

Hallo

I think that I should say a word about qtc's serials number.
After cabrillo log was generated I saw that many qtc's serials were missing. QCT's serials were incomplete and looked like:
/8
10
/
Some were correct.
Question is - why logger saved just /10 or / when whole number was typed?
What is a sense of saving uncomplete qtc serial number?
I exchanged qtc's with stations well heard, stable signals, most at my run frequencies.
See recordings WAE SSB 2016 from my station:

Second question is what happen with software? It is a bug (in any meaning) or selective deaf for qtc's serials?
I have no RF issues with keyboard or mouse.
I have no access to raw files now because station is in other place I live but I will check it if I have a time for it.

I do not blame myself for missed qtc's. I know what I heard and typed.
It was a mistake to sent mails for many with request but let say - it was done in affect just after I decided to finish.
Thanks to Helmut for help and sorry for all I bother by mails.
