[CQ-Contest] CQWW LCR's and log scrubbing

Yep!
Looks like it happens , another contest no-no.
I was deprived from very unique record: maximum QSOs with 0 point
result.
In good faith I worked my butt of working as many 0 point stations as I
could to achieve biggest 0 point score. Worked bunch of them, my own
country compadres, also supplying them with 0 point multiplier.
When results were published I found that 2 stations did not log me,
causing 3 QSO penalty and more 0 point deduction. Thanks to magic of
math and contest rules my final result was not affected.
It might be still on the record books, way down on the bottom, but it
will be never beaten with some negative score, but it could have been
bigger 0 score.
The point of the exercise was to demonstrate silly rule of 0 pointers
for own country in todays age.
Oh well, if everyone is happy with lopsided scoring system, enjoy it,
just keep clicking away!
