No.  When you break the rules and fail to observe the rules for the 
class you are in you either get the DQ or you get moved into the 
appropriate class for which you made yourself or a check log.

Sorry there are no mulligans here and if the logs were scrubbed to avoid 
penalty then A DQ and long time out is in order for the person(s) involved.

So I can get on packet as a SOU and just Xout my packet contacts?  I 
don't think so.

It is quite disappointing that these things keep coming up and now we 
get to hear about stories where CQ says to do this to get around the 
mistakes made during the contest.  Really?   So much for contest and 
judging integrity.  I wonder what else the rest of us don't know that 
have been covered up or allowed for years.
