You have actually described my first SO2R station. Two radios, no 
amplifiers, a tribander on the roof, and a trap vertical on the back 
fence. No filters. No fancy audio switching - just a toggle switch. Good 
for 60-100 extra QSO's and a top-5 slot in CW Sweepstakes.
