Hi Tim, 

The biggest advantage with the FT3000 over the FT2000 and the FT1200 is the USB interface

I run a FT2000 at home with a few mods, a FT950 and a FT991

The FtDX300 with the spec an and the digital interface make it a great rig 

The biggest drawback I see with the other two in the interface for CW RTTY and Voice Keying 

They are all good radios.

I may have a chance on a new radio. It looks like its hoing to come down to three

1. Ftdx3000 used lightly in excellent shape

2.ft2000 with the 80 40 micro tune kit. Also used in excellent shape

3. New ft1200 dx

Im a light contester and dxer. Moving up from a ic706mkiig

Id like to know which you would choose and why
