Deadline of sending reports - 31.08.2017 (inclusive)
If you are interested in conditions of implementation of diplomas of RDA, then in data 
competitions it is possible to execute various degrees of RDA without receiving 
QSL cards, only on the basis of the received reports that as much as possible 
simplifies obtaining diplomas.
