Keep using the same precedence (so as not to confuse the log
checking).  Submit your claimed score as highest power you used, IAW
the rules.  (That's what I did one year when I thought I would have
helpers, so used "M" and adhered to the M band-change rules.  But the
helpers never showed up.  I abandoned the band-change limitations,
kept sending :M", and submitted as "A".)

(Actually, I don't know if the current robot system lets you do that.
If not, an e-mail to Contest Branch will take care of it.)

Do NOT rework stations, and you are NOT starting anew.  (That is,
indeed, how many state QO parties handle rovers, but not SS.)
