[CQ-Contest] CW slow? No problem

RBN captures CQs (I believe only/mostly CQs) so what you’re seeing here is
the average speed of CQs, not necessarily the speed at which someone is
running a pileup.

Thus, CQing QRQ seems not to be favoring winners.
