[CQ-Contest] Canada Winter Contest - Dec 30, 2017.

Amateur radio operators worldwide are invited to participate in the 2017
Canada Winter Contest on December 30, 2017.  The contest runs from 00:00 to
23:59 UTC inclusive on December 30, 2017.  The contest allows both phone
and/or CW operation, single mode, single operator, multi-operator and power
level categories.  Complete contest rules are available at:
http://wp.rac.ca/rac-canada-winter-contest-rules-2017/ .  Plenty of
certificates are available for category winners in each Canadian Province or
Territory, US Call Area and DX countries further abroad.  This years
certificates feature a special anniversary insgnia marking 150 years since
Canadian conferation.
