  Practice session Thursday night - 8PM-8:30PM EST aka 5PM-5:30PM PST aka

Use (and tweak) your actual contest macro exchanges, and dupes are welcome!

I anticipate most of the practice action will be 3580-3590, 7080-7090, and
14080-14090, but we may have to adjust if one of the DXpeditions shows up
on RTTY.
