[CQ-Contest] Spotting - not

Why would I filter spots?  I let N1MM filter them on the bandmap and 
grey them out.  I want to know where all the DX stations are that I may 
or may not be able to hear so that I can pick my CQ frequency that 
interferes the least with other competitors.
