The most recent comprehensive list I can find for CW, is on the last 3
pages of the September 2015 CW Sprint results in NCJ:

In the Feb 2016 results, it is noted that seven state-power combinations
have new records, and in the Sept 2016 results, it is noted that three
state-power combinations have new records.
