I can reliably state that Alex KU1CW is *NOT* in Kansas anymore.  He has been in W7 land for about three years now.  I believe he is in the process of  moving from OR to WA, or vice versa..not sure which.  He was formerly active in KCCC.

 
His comments about KC on his QRZ page are historical in nature.

Yes, Alex lives in Kansas now. See his listing at QRZ (the "Detail"
page). Maybe he hasn't gotten around to updating his FCC address yet.
