[CQ-Contest] Slower-speed CWTs this week

For those of you who enjoy the Wednesday mini-CWTs (at 1300Z, 1900Z and
0300Z), and also for those who might be interested in trying it out but who
have been put off by the speed of the CW, this week's CWTs (June 14-15)
will be slower-speed versions to mark the end of another set of CW Academy
sessions. Please keep your CW speed down to 20 WPM or below, and let's
welcome new CWA graduates and others.

The next slow-speed CWTs will be the second Wednesday in Novermber
(November 8).
