[CQ-Contest] Copying exchanges in ARRL DX CW

Every time I check the log check report for ARRL DX and ARRL 10, I
find that some people are likely using WAS databases to prefill. "DC"
doesn't sound like "MD" in CW or phone!

Oh well, their loss of a generally uncommon multiplier.
