[CQ-Contest] Broken calls

Hello,
NM5M, I always thot both sides had to copy.  Pse rpt.  That irritated the
40wpm guy who just called CQ again.

I enjoy calling guys at their own speed which about half can not cpy....
especially HS together at 40+.
