On Phone "This is N2RJ operating W5T" is what I usually do.
Or on CW - DE W5T OP N2RJ
Never really had confusion, in the times I operated a special event.
Even if the callers aren't aware of the rules, I'm sure at least some
wanted to know who was behind the mic/key.
