No disrespect intended towards some of the other people posting on this subject...


But is a discussion of the politics behind why certain areas of the word are... in political flux appropriate to this reflector?


Two (and a half) other comments directly related to the IARU contest itself:


(1)  WFWL
(2)  If a "HQ" station represents a region or a 'national' organization that is not currently in the IARU, regardless of the reason why, it should not count as a "HQ" multiplier in the IARU contest.

Mats, beware that SHRAK Kosovo association is member of IARU R1!

ARRL DXAC is not recognizing 100+ UN members supporting Kosovo.
It waits for Serbia and Russia to stop blocking Kosovo entry into ITU.
Hamradio seems to be more important than other comms via ITU +383.

It was my pleasure to operate Z60A HQ last year with OH, OZ and Z6 team.
