Exactly.  Without his recording they cannot do further analysis. A so 
called clean recording could be shot full of holes with SDR recordings, 
etc.

It doesn't matter what we think.  The rules are the rules.  Play by them 
or get them changed.

CX2DK how about releasing your log to the public?
