[CQ-Contest] Other ARRL rules that need to be fixed

Bob,

I agree in that it needs to be fixed.  However, I doubt anyone else has ever interpreted this as meaning that if anyone "EVER"  helped you with your equipment or antennas at any time that you are bound to operate in a multi operator category anymore than if someone else  "EVER" transmitted from your station that you could never operate as single operator in a future contest.   

Should be obvious that it was meant to govern activities within the contest period.  That said there are a hundred "what ifs" some of which beg for this wording to go away completely.
