[CQ-Contest] Be careful what you wish for

I really like Rich’s suggestion. I think it has the potential to increase Sunday activity without ripping SS out of the hands of smaller stations with good ops. 

I’m not completely shutting down Jeff’s suggestion, but someone has to be the devil’s advocate.
