At one point I thought it was 1998. Then I looked back at my actual
license document which I found in a drawer (partly handwritten with
bureaucrat's stamp and customs receipt) and it was October 31, 1997.
So it has changed this year to 97 when previously it was 98.
Either way, copy what is sent and you won't have problems. :)
